The debate took place on March 22 in press-centre Nieuwspoort. Campaign leaders of the VVD, CDA, D66, GroenLinks, SP and PvdA, and Leefbaar Rotterdam participated in the debate, moderated by Wilco Boom (parliamentary reporter of the NOS). In the debate, the ups and downs of this campaign season were reviewed.
